The course itself is volunteer run and proudly rustic, with fairways kept longer to protect them and small, simple greens that roll well enough for a true country experience. It’s a course where the elements play just as big a role as the layout, and that’s what makes it memorable.
After golf, the local hotel sits right next door, offering an easy place to relax with a meal or drink while taking in the view. The clubhouse itself is open on club days and has a friendly, community feel, reflecting the down-to-earth nature of the course. The real challenge here comes from the natural elements. Coastal breezes can turn a simple hole into a tricky one, and the undulating fairways and small greens demand good shot-making. There are some cracking short par 3s and doglegs that keep you guessing, and you’re never too far from trouble if you wander offline.

The clubhouse opens on club days, offering a casual, friendly spot to meet the locals. It’s simple but welcoming, with the history of the club reflected in the community atmosphere. There aren’t many extras beyond the course itself — no driving range or practice nets — but that’s part of the charm.
