The fairways and greens are lovingly maintained by dedicated volunteer greenkeepers, making for a pristine yet relaxed playing surface.

Condition
Hawkestone Golf Club is run by volunteers who keep the course in good shape. Fairways are generally left a bit longer to protect the turf, not just during wet months but as a regular practice to maintain the health of the grass. The greens roll fairly well, offering a decent putting surface.
Challenge
The course features plenty of doglegs and elevation changes that add interest to each hole. The par 3s are enjoyable, with some natural slopes helping guide the ball closer to the hole. Overall, the layout is straightforward and fair, making it suitable for golfers of all levels.

The clubhouse is only open on club days, but toilets are available on site. Paying for your round is simple, with options to pay online or when you arrive.
