Condition
With a strong community spirit, Waikite Valley Golf Club is well maintained and cared for. Sheep help keep the fairways short, while the greens are hand-mown throughout the week. Winter can bring some wet conditions, but on a clear day the views across the Waikato countryside and surrounding hills are truly spectacular.
Challenge
For a relatively short course, Waikite Valley offers plenty of challenge. With constant elevation changes, uneven lies, and shots over hills, it keeps golfers thinking on every hole. Certain holes can be tough, but the variety and fun design make it an enjoyable test for players of all abilities.
Facilities
The club has a clubhouse open on club days, providing a place to relax and enjoy refreshments. Beyond the 9-hole course itself, there are no additional facilities on site, keeping the experience simple and focused on golf.
